The Patriot Games 2026 Bundle Terms & Conditions
1. Bundle Eligibility
• Florida 2-Pack and 3-Pack bundles include only the specified events listed at time of purchase.
• Add-ons (Sawmill 2-Day Individual, Palm Bay 2-Day Team, Championship 2-Day Individual) are optional and must be purchased with a Florida Pack or individually.
2. Payment & Pricing
• All bundle and add-on prices are listed at time of purchase. Prices are subject to change for future seasons.
• Discounts are applied automatically when purchasing bundles or add-ons together.
• Volunteer credits or credits issued for past events may not be combined with bundles.
3. No Refunds / Credit Transfers Only
• All purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
• Credits from purchased bundles or add-ons may be transferred to future The Patriot Games events within 24 months of the original purchase date. Transfers are subject to event availability and must be coordinated with The Patriot Games staff.
4. Event Participation
• Athlete participation is subject to The Patriot Games rules, safety guidelines, and completion of any required waivers.
• Athletes must provide prior notice if they are unable to attend an event in order to transfer credits to a future event.
• No-shows without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that event and no credit will be issued.
5. Bundle Use
• Bundles are intended for single athletes, with the option to purchase a team add-on.
• Each bundle or add-on is non-transferable between different athletes unless coordinated with The Patriot Games staff.
6. Changes & Updates
• The Patriot Games reserves the right to adjust event schedules, locations, or other details.
• Athletes will be notified of changes and may apply credits to alternate events according to The Patriot Games credit transfer policy.
